Our Commitments:

• All the transformers are designed for optimum cost to performance ratio.


• All the transformers are vacuum impregnated with class-F varnish.


• High quality super enamelled copper wires with class-F insulation are used.


• Electrical grade copper strips are used with glass tape/nomex insulation for high current.


• CRGO/CRNGO-0.35 or high permeability electrical grade laminations are used as core material. Carefully interleaved laminations are rigidly secured with steel clamps and isolated through bolts. This results in lower core losses, lower excitation current and cooler, quieter operation.


• Ducting is provided in large transformer for easy airflow within the coils for improved cooling.


• Each and every transformer is routine tested as per IS2026 or IS11171 and manufacturer's routine test certificate is issued with every transformer.
